Counting Steps

The Wellness committee is challenging each person to increase the number of steps taken each day.  Lynn tells us that we are to walk at least 10,000 steps (about 5 miles) each day.

They have purchased pedometers to help us in this challenge.  Don’t forget to email your progress to Lynn and Karen each week.

Our bodies are the temple of God.  We need to take care of them!!
