As Megan and I were on the way to Annual Conference in Greenville, we made a side trip to the MERCI center in Goldsboro.
I dropped off 4 boxes of dresses that were made by my mom and her friend. They are to be sent to Haiti and places oversea. Megan’s church made flood buckets and hygiene kits. All needed by people going through tragedy.
The MERCI Center was established years ago as a depot for mission work. While it has had lots of transition over the years, it has been rededicated as a place of mission. If you would like to go volunteer some hours, check the conference website for hours and information. Click here for info.
