Drover has been a faithful church dog for many years. He belonged to the neighbors across the street but always seemed to have a sense when something was going on at church, and he was always there. People often took time to talk to him, pet him and feed him.
Recently Drover developed kidney disease and his humans made the difficult decision to put him to sleep to ease his discomfort.
We will miss Drover but know that he is running in the fields in heaven. I am sure that Jesus has said to him, “Well done, good and faithful friend”.
