The UMYF have taken the challenge by the Conference to do a fundraiser for disaster recovery. The Conference has pledged to match 100% up to $500,000.
Thank you to the youth for serving the meal of hot dogs and hamburgers with the trimmings and desserts!
Not much was left over.
We also got to see a video from the Conference called Flood of Love. Just a reminder that we are one body and when part of our family hurts, we all hurt.
The meal was donation only and our youth raised $2,727 at the dinner. If you still want to contribute, it isn’t too late! You can send a check to the address listed in the Church Info section of the website.
