Our churches were blessed with not 2,000 lbs of potatoes but 4,000 lbs. And many hands make light work. Thanks to those who drove trucks to pick them up from the MERCI center and then those who bagged and boxed them. This will absolutely help those in Chatham County who are struggling financially.
Potatoes went to CORA and Western Chatham Food pantries as well as to other churches and to individuals who needed them.
The Church is definitely open!!
