As we move in to the Sanctuary for worship on 10/11/2020, we need to follow the guidelines approved by our Ad Council.
· Every person is asked to use hand sanitizer both as they enter and as they exit the church sanctuary. We will have the sanitizer at each entrance.
· Everyone is asked to wear masks. Masks will be provided for anyone who does not have one.
· Every other pew will be marked off so to increase the space between people
· People are asked to sit in family groups and for others to honor that space by distancing from those groups.
· In worship there will be no time of greeting one another. Once we move outside following worship you may distance yourself and communicate and visit with one another.
· Children will be asked remain in their seats with their families during the children’s time, rather than gathering at the front of the church. Children’s bulletins will be provided once again.
· Offering plates will placed in a stationary place for you to drop in your offerings without plates having to be passed.
· There will be a need for weekly attendance registration so that if there is a outbreak of the virus or other concerns we can contact all who were in attendance.
· While singing is often advised against, we believe that if everyone wears a mask, is facing in the same direction and is spaced every other pew, we can continue singing. We will not have a choir as they would not be seated in family groups and close together. We can provide some special music by having individuals or small groups space themselves across the front of the sanctuary. If anyone is interested, please contact Ray or Donna.
-We will provide bottled water for those who need it and not use the water fountains.
· If people need to use the restroom, they are asked to follow the following guides:
1. Please wash your hands immediately upon entering the restroom and after using the restroom.
2. Please use a paper towel to turn off the faucets and to open the door. There will be additional trashcans by the doorway to dispose of the paper towels.
3. If young children need to use the restroom, an adult is asked to accompany them to make sure the guidelines are followed.
