The men started the cooking for the annual BBQ today. Thank goodness for great weather.
Everyone is invited to come and purchase either pork plates or bulk pork BBQ. There will be BBQ chicken plates, no bulk chicken. And the meals come with all the trimmings: slaw, beans, dessert and Ray’s famous homemade hushpuppies.
This is a TAKE OUT only event. There will not be a drive through purchase like we did for the Brunswick stew that caused a traffic jam for 3 hours.
Park in the gravel parking lot (to the right of the church), walk up and make your purchases and carry your items to your car.
